Dedication of the Bushnell Monument
Bob and Elaine Faith Represented the Cherokee Chapter at the dedication of the Bushnell Monument on 6/28/2014 at Warrenton City Cemetery. Capt David Bushnell [Bush] was the inventor of the first submarine ever used in combat “The Turtle”.

- Bob Faith and Dr. E. Scott Bushnell, Regional VP of the Florida Society SAR, and the nearest living relative of David Bushnell. He and his family from Florida attended the dedication of the Bushnell monument. In tears, he made a few comments of thanks to the people in attendance for recognition to the accomplishment of his distant relative.
